The chapter warns against the "circumcision trap" — pursuing a vision of Zion that drifts from prophetic direction. How do you maintain alignment between your own Zion aspirations and what the living prophet is actually calling for?

"What lack I yet?" is the chapter's most personal question. If you asked it honestly about your own readiness to contribute to Zion, what would the answer be?

President Kimball identified three requirements for establishing Zion: eliminate individual selfishness, cooperate completely and work in harmony with others, and lay on the altar whatever the Lord requires. Which of these three feels most demanding in your own life right now? What would taking it seriously look like?
