Welcome to Establishing Zion! Zion has been a focus for the Latter-day Saints since the dawn of the Restoration. This website differs from other sites and sources on Zion. The focus here is on creating a Millennial Society.  Here, we explore the question of how Zion will function beyond the personal righteousness of those who live there. The book argues that personal righteousness is necessary but not sufficient — Zion requires transformed institutions as well as transformed hearts. Looking at your own community, which institutions most need transformation? What is the first step?
